All dog grooming services are completed with professionalism. If your dog isn't tolerant of any grooming process, the session may end early. Any health advice provided should always be verified by a vet. In the unlikely event of an injury during grooming, you give permission for veterinary attention to be sought at your own cost, in accordance with our grooming policy.

Severe matting can lead to various issues such as infections and blood circulation problems, making it crucial to keep matting to a minimum. In the realm of dog grooming, if your pet is heavily matted, I will always reach out to inform you of the best course of action while prioritizing your dog's health and well-being in any decision made under our grooming policy. Please note that de-matting can be a lengthy process, and additional charges may apply, ensuring that your pet care is handled with the utmost diligence.

I reserve the right to terminate any dog grooming session if the pet shows signs of aggression that could result in injury to myself or the pet. Our grooming policy states that the full cost of the groom will still apply even if the job cannot be completed, ensuring clarity in our pet care services.
